Primary Members automatically qualify for Silver if:

  • Age 23 and under
  • Age 62 and older
  • New member during the first 90 days of membership
  • At least one member of the household qualifies for Silver Rewards or above
  • First mortgage holder (first year of mortgage only)

Each month your Membership Rewards level will be displayed on your account statement and on your Online Banking account summary page.

On the last day of the quarter, your account balances are totaled together. This total balance determines your Membership Rewards level: Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum. If your balances increase to an amount that elevates you to a higher level, you will enjoy increased benefits beginning the next statement period.

1TOTAL CREDIT UNION BALANCE = combined total SAVINGS + MONEY MARKET + CERTIFICATE + IRA balances + total CHECKING balances + total outstanding LOAN and CREDIT CARD balances (excluding first mortgages) + authorized INVESTMENT service balances (through CUSO Financial Services, L.P2) per personal account number in good standing as determined on the last day of each calendar quarter (or by request at any time). Business accounts are excluded from Membership Rewards. Certain restrictions apply.
