Since your Credit Score can be one of the most influential and valuable pieces of financial information, we’ve made it easy for you to view it. Simply enroll and start viewing your VantageScore® right in the mobile app with just a single tap. It’s free, you can access it anytime, and your score updates monthly. Plus, you’ll get access to FAQs and other factors that affect your Score.

VantageScore® is a consumer credit scoring model provided by VantageScore Solutions, LLC, an independently managed company whose members include the three national credit reporting companies (CRCs) — Equifax®, Experian®, and TransUnion®. 

Once logged in, tap "Manage Cards" from the bottom navigation bar. Here, you're in complete control of your card. You can lock/unlock your card by tapping the "Lock this card" slider.

Plus, allow card use based on transaction type (in-store, online, contactless, etc.), merchant type (restaurants, airfare, gambling, etc.), or by international location. Lastly, you can set alerts for how, when, and where your card is used for even more card security.

Save a trip to the branch or ATM with Remote Deposit. Deposit checks anywhere, at anytime, by snapping a picture with your smartphone or tablet camera - directly within the app. Once logged in, simply tap the “Deposit” icon from the bottom navigation bar to make a deposit.

Next, select the account you would like to deposit to, then tap "Take Photos" and review the instructions that pop up. After you hit continue, take a picture of both the front and back of the check. Make sure to place the check on a dark surface and align to fit within the viewfinder. Finally, enter in the amount and submit.

Once your check has been received and deposited into your account, you’ll receive a confirmation. You must authorize the NASA Federal app to access your camera in order to use Remote Deposit. Daily deposit limits may apply.

Snapshot provides fast access to your account balances and history without requiring you to log in. Perfect for checking a balance or making sure that a deposit went through. This feature only provides a view to your accounts and doesn’t allow any activity to be conducted.

To enable Snapshot, tap "More," followed by "Snapshot," and then hit the slider to enable Snapshot to view your accounts without logging in. The next time you launch the app, you’ll see your account in the now-enabled Snapshot.

Only one account can be enrolled in Snapshot on a device. For your protection, we recommend you use a passcode on your device. 

Managing your mortgage has never been easier. Now, you'll be able to get live, up-to-date mortgage information, make recurring or one-time payments, request payoff statements and access documents or year-to-date totals all from your mobile device. 

Simply tap on your mortgage account once logged in and enjoy convenient, secure access to your mortgage information.

Accessing your investment portfolio just got easier. Now, you can review your NASA Federal accounts and your investment holdings in seconds within the Mobile Banking App. Simply tap your Investment Account in the app.

With the Investments feature, you'll enjoy convenient, secure access to all investment accounts linked to your Credit Union account, a mobile-friendly display of individual account holdings, account activity history, and trade confirmations and easy viewing and retrieval of account statements, tax statements, and other important correspondence.

Conveniently access your monthly statements right from your phone as soon as they become available. eStatements are faster, easier, and more secure than paper statements.

You’ll even have access to your annual tax documents, mortgage documents and online notices as well. To view your eStatements, simply log in, tap "More" from the bottom navigation bar, followed by "Accounts," and then tap "Statements."

Transfer money, schedule payments in advance, or make next day payments to anyone, anywhere, anytime – all with enhanced security. 

To transfer money or schedule a payment, simply log in and tap the account you'd like to pay or pay from. Once selected, simply tap "Transfer" or "Pay" and enter in the required information.

You'll have the option to select the Last Statement Balance, Minimum Due, Pay Off, or Other Amount. Once complete, tap "Review Transfer" and if everything looks correct, tap "Submit Transfer." It's that easy!

Need to add cash into your checking account while out and about? Not a problem. Simply log in and transfer money to your checking account from wherever you may be. The transfers are easy and immediate.

To transfer money, simply log in and tap the account you'd like to transfer to or from. Once selected, simply tap "Transfer" and enter in the required information.

Once complete, tap "Review Transfer" and if everything looks correct, tap "Submit Transfer." It's that easy!

Please note: NASA Federal limits you to only six (6) transfers per month.
