DIGITAL BANKING ACCOUNT DELETION
Digital Banking is a convenient way to access your account made available to members. Your Digital Banking services remain in effect until they are terminated by you or NASA Federal. You may initiate your request to delete Digital Banking services at any time by following the steps below:
NASA Federal Credit Union Digital Banking Profile Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your Digital Banking profile and associated information, contact us using one of the following methods:
- Email support at deletemydigitalbanking@nasafcu.com with the following information
- Subject: Delete Digital Banking
- Body: Include Member Name, Address, and Phone Number
- Call us at 1-888-NASA-FCU (627-2328)
Deleting Digital Banking will result in the following:
- This action applies to your Digital Banking profile only and does not close your NASA Federal accounts.
- Historical user activity including history, account information, login activity, and other auditable activity performed with the Digital Banking profile will be retained in compliance with regulatory guidelines and NASA Federal's Digital Banking Agreement
- User ID and Password will be disabled and deleted therefore removing your access to Online and Mobile Banking. Please note: once a username is deleted, it cannot be reused later,
- Any scheduled recurring payments through Digital Banking will be cancelled.
- Access to Bill Pay will be removed. Please review any recurring and/or electronic bills, and make new payment accommodations. NASA Federal is not responsible for missed payments as a result of account deletion.
- If you are enrolled in eStatements, either for account, loan, credit card, or mortgages, you will be removed and begin receiving paper statements.
