Transfer money, schedule payments in advance, or make next day payments to anyone, anywhere, anytime – all with enhanced security.
To transfer money or schedule a payment, simply log in and tap the account you'd like to pay or pay from. Once selected, simply tap "Transfer" or "Pay" and enter in the required information.
You'll have the option to select the Last Statement Balance, Minimum Due, Pay Off, or Other Amount. Once complete, tap "Review Transfer" and if everything looks correct, tap "Submit Transfer." It's that easy!

How do I start using the NASA Federal Mobile Banking App?
It's easy! Download the app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store. Once you log in, simply accept the terms and conditions for use. Then, you're ready to use the app.
What username and password do I use to log into the NASA Federal Mobile Banking App?
You must login to the NASA Federal Mobile Banking App using your Username and Password. If you do not have one and are new to Digital Banking, simply click "New User" and follow the prompts to register. If you ever forget your username or password, you can reset either by clicking Login from the top level navigation and clicking on the "Forgot Username or Password" links.
What can the NASA Federal Mobile Banking App be used for?
The Mobile Banking App has many uses:
- View account balances and transactions
- Transfer funds between your accounts or to other NASA Federal members
- Track spending & Set savings goals
- Deposit checks remotely

- Lock/Unlock credit or debit cards

What are Biometrics and how does it work on the NASA Federal Mobile Banking App?
Biometrics are available on newer versions of mobile smartphone and tablets. It allows you to use facial recognition or your fingerprint to identify yourself. Once you turn on Biometrics within the NASA Federal Mobile App, you can log on using your face or fingerprint instead of your NASA Federal username and password. To setup Biometrics, you must have the feature enabled on your device. Go to "Settings," tap "Face ID & Passcode," and follow the instructions from there. (You'll also need to set up a device passcode, if you haven't already.) Next, log on to the NASA Federal Mobile App to turn on Biometrics.

We use 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your personal information, including your username, passwords and account information. NASA Federal Mobile Banking does not send or store any confidential information about you or your accounts on your mobile device.
