There are several easy ways to pay your credit card:
To make a one-time, same-day credit card payment from another financial institution, simply select “Pay My Credit Card” located under “Make A Payment” on the NASA Federal home page. Enter all required information and follow the prompts to pay your credit card.
You can also make payments on your credit card by logging into Online Banking or the Mobile Banking App.
If you’d like to make a recurring credit card payment online from another financial institution, you can also set up an ACH within Digital Banking by selecting “Transfers” from the navigation, then “Make A Transfer.” Here, you'll be able to select a payee and make your payment or transfer.
If you do not have a Payee listed, simply select "Add Account." Here, you'll be able to instantly or manually add an external account, just follow the prompts to link the accounts. Once the ACH has been set up, you’ll be able to schedule payments. Please note: this will take a few days to set up as your accounts are verified.
To make a real-time payment from a NASA Federal Account, simply log in to Digital Banking, click “Transfers” from the navigation bar, then "Make a Transfer." Here, you can make an immediate, one-time future, or recurring payment from your NASA Federal account to your credit card. The transfer/payment is free.
If you wish to have the payment processed by phone, you may contact Member Services to take an Expedited Payment (by check or phone). Member Services is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. ET at 301-249-1800 or toll-free at 1-888-NASA-FCU (627-2328).
